Tron (TRX) Open to Consider a Cardano (ADA) Proposition

A few days ago a series of tweets interchanged between the leading minds behind 2 of the most promising blockchains of the crypto ecosystem, impressed the whole community. In a tweet from June 25th, Charles Hoskinson, the man behind Cardano, reached Justin Sun (Founder of Tron), with a somewhat unusual recommendation:

This proposal is a bit confusing as the general public views Tron (TRX) and Cardano (ADA) as two “rival” cryptos or at least as two cryptos that are currently competing for a stable place in the Top 10 of the global market cap.

The news generated diverse reactions, although almost all of them were of high expectation and enthusiasm. Many people believe that in addition to resulting in economic benefits, such partnerships can also contribute to global adoption.

There is also an expectation that thanks to this, Tron could make a significant breakthrough in the way its code is configured.

However, others reacted with some skepticism. Such a proposal is hard to believe. Faced with this situation, Charles Hoskinson himself clarifies that he is serious and has the best of intentions:

Hoskinson’s suggestion is to use the Mantis client, developed by the Cardano team instead of the traditional use of Ethereum Java. According to Cardano’s group, Mantis has many advantages that would give Tron (TRX) a higher level of strength.

A few days later, Justin Sun responded to the Tweet, generating more excitement within the community as his assessment of the proposal was positive:

Tron’s Independence: A Great Chance to Build a Better Blockchain

In recent days, Tron (TRX) has been going through a process of “independence,” i.e., they are in the process of setting up their own blockchain, ceasing to be a token running on the Ethereum network.

This gives the Tron (TRX) development team a certain level of flexibility to evaluate this type of partnership and adapt the blockchain technology according to what they consider to be most beneficial for their network.

On social networks, users value this news as highly beneficial. The comments on Twitter have given a nice image to both blockchains. Also, in Reddit, users also see that in case of accepting, Justin Sun would be making a right decision:

The use of the Mantis client, initially adopted by Ethereum Classic, would also serve to give breathing space and a higher level of marketability to this crypto which has a much lower level of adoption compared to Ethereum.

There are no official statements yet; however, Justin Sun’s intention has already been taken as a good sign from the community.
