In a brief twitter announcement today, the CEO of Tron (TRX) announced that the project was inches away from partnering with an industry giant valued at tens of billions of US Dollars. The exact tweet was as follows:

Who Could it Be?
Justin’s followers on twitter have since started to speculate as to which company could be the new partner of Tron. One firm that has been suggested by many, is Alibaba. However, many have ruled out the retail and tech giant for its market cap stands at over $400 Billion. Further analyzing Justin’s statement, we note that he mentioned ‘tens of billions’. Therefore, Alibaba is automatically disqualified from the list.
To Much Hype, But no Market Action?Â
However, some of the members of the Tron community have taken to twitter to express their concern that the hype surrounding the partnership announcement, might fall flat due to the current crypto market atmosphere. Bitcoin recently dropped from stable levels of around $6,600 to $6,200. The King of Crypto has since eroded any Tron (TRX) gains that might have been brought about by the official launch of the Tron Virtual Machine only days ago.
